Roles
I can take on various roles, including:
- Project Manager – Designing and leading pilot projects that test and refine new ways of working before implementing large-scale change.
- Advisor – Guiding decision-makers in defining and shaping the desired change, for example, as the chair or secretary of a temporary steering committee.
- Interim Manager – Aligning diverse individuals and stakeholders to establish a unified vision for the new organization or approach.
